About Me

I've been a user researcher for over 10 years with experience at Meta, Google, fintechs, growth companies and even the construction industry. I've led large scale studies and set up research practices often in new UX teams.

I've learned that asking the right questions to define the problem is the first and most critical step.

The skills needed to do user research and customer discovery are more important than ever before!

I want to teach founders, product people and designers how to ask the right questions, run their own customer discovery and user research, and in the end make more confident decisions.
